Targa Trofeo 2026
About this Event
Targa Trofeo is a three-day tarmac rally event that runs in conjunction with Targa Tasmania, giving participants a taste of the Ultimate Tarmac Rally. The event is conducted over the opening three days of Targa Tasmania, based out of Launceston and featuring 24 closed-road stages across Northern, North West, and Eastern Tasmania. Competitors and Tour participants will drive some of the most iconic Targa stages and finish with a stage on Symmons Plains Raceway before concluding with a Ceremonial Finish in Launceston on 20 November. In addition, three lucky Targa Trofeo 2026 entrants will win a FREE entry to Targa Tasmania 2027 - including the outright winner of the Targa Trofeo event in 2026.

Good to Know
Spectating along closed road stages is typically free to the public. Always follow race marshal instructions and remain strictly behind spectator barrier lines and safety tape. Check published road closure schedules in advance as access routes close prior to rally stages running. Bring weather-appropriate outdoor clothing, portable chairs, and provisions for outdoor viewing in varied Tasmanian spring conditions.
