The Bend Super Trucks brings heavy-duty racing to Shell V-Power Motorsport Park for the first time during the 2026 King's Birthday long weekend. This event features 1,500+ horsepower trucks competing on the main circuit over two days. Fans can watch these massive machines navigate the technical turns of the South Australian facility in a series of action-packed sprint races. On Saturday night, the action moves to the Dragway for the venue's first truck and diesel drag racing event. The program includes everything from diesel utes to full-sized rigs competing under lights, followed by a fireworks display at 6:30pm. This combines the technical challenge of circuit racing with the mechanical power of heavy-vehicle drag racing. The event includes a significant off-track component with large truck displays featuring both vintage and modern haulers. Attendees can see custom builds at the Show & Shine or participate in Touch a Truck displays designed for families. Support categories such as the Australian Super Kart Grand Prix, Vic V8s, and Hyundai Excels provide a variety of racing styles throughout the weekend.

Kids under 15 receive free entry. Trackside camping is available for the full weekend from Friday to Sunday. Park and View tickets allow you to watch from your own vehicle starting at $10 online. A family-friendly fireworks show takes place at the Dragway on Saturday at 6:30pm.

The Bend sits on the Dukes Highway at Tailem Bend, roughly an hour's drive from Adelaide along the South Eastern Freeway. For interstate visitors, it's accessible from both the Mallee and Dukes Highways for those travelling from Melbourne or Sydney.
